Cancellation Policy
Please give a 48 hour notice for any cancellations, rescheduling or changes to your appointment. If any cancelling or rescheduling is done less than 48 hours, a 50% cancellation fee of the service booked will be charged to the card on file. If you no call/no show the card on file will be charged 100% of the service for that day. There is a 10 minute grace period in place. If you arrive at 10 minutes or after your scheduled appointment, you will need to be rescheduled for a different day and be charged 50% of the service for that day. A 3.5% Processing Fee is applied when you pay with your card at checkout. You agree to these policies when scheduling an appointment. Thank you!
